What an email marketing agency should actually do for you
Most brands already have an email platform. What they usually don't have is a system: a welcome series that sells, abandoned cart emails that recover the basket, post purchase emails that earn the second order, and a campaign calendar that doesn't rely on someone remembering to send something on a Friday.
That system is what we build. We start with your customer data and your CRM, work out where revenue is slipping out, and then build the flows and campaigns that close those gaps. Everything is written by native English copywriters, designed mobile first, and checked by a strategist before it goes out.
Lifecycle flows first, campaigns on top
Flows are the automated emails that go to one person at the moment they do something: join your list, browse a product, leave a basket, buy, or go quiet. They usually earn far more per email than campaigns because they are relevant by design. We get these running first, then build your campaign calendar on top of them.
For eCommerce brands that means welcome, browse abandonment, abandoned cart and checkout, post purchase, review requests, replenishment, winback and sunset flows. We have written up the nine flows every ecommerce brand should have running if you want to see the thinking.
Campaigns that people open
Launches, restocks, gift guides, Black Friday, newsletters and seasonal sends. Each campaign is planned against your calendar and your segments, so the right people get the right message and your whole list isn't hit with every send. You can see examples of our design and copy on the campaigns page.
Deliverability, because none of it matters in spam
We check your sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), warm up new sending properly, suppress contacts who never engage, and keep an eye on bounce and complaint rates. A smaller list that opens beats a big one that doesn't, and inbox placement is the foundation everything else stands on.
Who we work with
eCommerce brands on Shopify, WooCommerce and similar; B2C brands without an online store, such as gyms, salons, subscriptions, apps and hospitality; and B2B companies with longer sales cycles. We are based in London and work with brands across the UK, Europe and the USA.
